Brussel Sprouts, Shrimp & Bacon

Ingredients:

124g brussel sprouts
1 small onion
3 slices bacon
4 tbsp butter
1 lb shrimp

Directions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Add onions into bacon fat and cook for about 7 minutes.
  3. Add half the butter can the brussel sprouts, cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining butter and the shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes, until shrimp aren pink.
  5. Pour bacon on top and mix through, enjoy!
