- 1 package extra firm tofu
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- salt, cayenne and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- oil for frying
- dipping sauce of choice
- Heat oil to 350 degrees – BE CAREFUL!
- Cut tofu into bite size pieces, pat dry.
- Dry Mixture: Mix together parmesan, almond flour and spice mixture to form dry dredge
- Dredge tofu in egg.
- Coat with dry mixture.
- Fry in batches for about 3 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve with your dipping sauce of choice and enjoy!
