Tofu Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 package extra firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt, cayenne and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • oil for frying
  • dipping sauce of choice

Directions:

  1. Heat oil to 350 degrees – BE CAREFUL!
  2. Cut tofu into bite size pieces, pat dry.
  3. Dry Mixture: Mix together parmesan, almond flour and spice mixture to form dry dredge
  4. Dredge tofu in egg.
  5. Coat with dry mixture.
  6. Fry in batches for about 3 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Serve with your dipping sauce of choice and enjoy!
