Low Carb Pancakes

This recipe is pretty high on carbs but it just satisfied my hunger for something bread-y. It also tastes like pumpkin doughnuts.

Ingredients: 

1 cup almond meal

2 eggs

2 teaspoons of splenda

1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice (optional)

4 tablespoons of water

Directions:

Mix ingredients and cook in butter for about 2 minutes on each side.
