- 1 head cauliflower
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces and boil for about 15 minutes.
- Drain and return to pot.
- Add cheese, cream, butter and seasonings.
- Beat with hand mixer until it is smooth.
- Top with more cheese if desired and enjoy!
